Triage

New product reviews are triaged in the background. Use Triage last 90 days to backfill older ones. For each review Store Steward records rule signals (verified owner, whether the reviewer bought the product, a refund on the order, time between purchase and review, reviewer bursts, shared IP addresses, links, duplicate text) and, when AI is available, sentiment, spam and fake likelihood, defect topic and whether it needs a reply. A combined risk score orders the queue.

The Reviews tab filters: All, Needs reply, Negative, Risky, Defect and Resolved. Reviews collected by other plugins are covered as long as they are standard WooCommerce product reviews.
