Reject and edit

Choose Reject to close a proposal, with an optional note. Rejected proposals stay in the history.

Some proposals let you edit text before approving, such as a review reply. An edited proposal needs a fresh approval, so what you approve is always what runs. Fields that cannot be edited are refused.

Proposals expire after 7 days by default (Settings, “Proposals expire after”). An expired proposal cannot be applied.
