Kill switch

Settings, Kill switch, “Block all approvals from applying changes” blocks applying approved changes site-wide, including scheduled coupon publishes. Proposals can still be created and read, but nothing can be applied until you switch it off. Scheduled publishes that were held back go out after you switch it off. Turning it on or off is logged.
