Opportunities

Open the Promotions tab and choose Scan now. A scan also runs daily. Store Steward looks for:

• Slow movers: in-stock products in the lowest sellers of your store (bottom 20% by default) that have at least a minimum stock.
• Overstock: products with more than a set number of days of stock cover (120 by default).
• Lapsed customers: customers with at least 2 orders whose last order is older than 90 days. These become a win-back coupon restricted to their email addresses, with a recipient cap (100 by default).

Each finding stores the numbers behind it. Choose Build campaign to turn a finding into a pending proposal in the Inbox. Products on defect watch are left out.
