The Inbox says AI is unavailable#

Check that Settings, Connectors has a key for a provider that supports text generation, that “Use AI to draft proposals and replies” is ticked, and that your host has not disabled AI for WordPress. Rule-based features keep working.

Approve fails with a kill switch message#

The kill switch is on. Turn it off under Settings, Kill switch. Scheduled coupon publishes also wait until it is off.

Revert is refused#

Something was edited after the change. Check it, then choose Revert anyway if you want to overwrite those edits.

A campaign was not created#

The simulation found a product selling below cost or under the minimum margin, or the exposure was above your cap. Lower the discount or add real costs.

Simulation numbers look wrong#

Check the Product costs section on the Promotions tab. Without real costs the simulation uses your default margin and marks the result as an estimate.

New reviews are not triaged#

Triage runs in the background through Action Scheduler. Check that WP-Cron or your scheduled actions are running under WooCommerce, Status, Scheduled Actions.
