Does Store Steward change anything without my approval?#

No. Every customer-facing change goes through the Inbox and needs a person to approve it. There is no auto-approve mode.

Do I need an AI provider?#

No. Simulations, coupon audits, abuse checks and review signals work without one. AI adds reply drafts, sentiment and defect wording and campaign copy.

Which AI providers can I use?#

Any provider supported by Settings, Connectors in WordPress 7.0 for text generation, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.

Does it work without SmartCouponX or Review Next?#

Yes. When they are active, their coupons are labelled in the Coupons tab.

Can it change my product prices?#

No. Promotions are coupons only.

Can it send emails to customers?#

No. Draft messages are provided and you send them yourself.
