Reply drafts

Choose Draft reply on a review. Store Steward writes a draft in your voice (Settings: reply tone, sign-off, and a “Never promise” list such as refunds or delivery dates). Edit the text, then propose it. Applying it posts the reply as the approving user, and reverting deletes that comment. Replies are never posted automatically.
