Moderation reasons
Moderation offers two actions, hold (unapprove) or spam. You must pick one of these reasons: spam, fake suspected, abusive or obscene, personal information, unrelated to product, confidential, defamatory, discriminatory, or clearly false.
A low rating or negative sentiment is not an allowed reason, and Store Steward refuses such a proposal. The same rule applies to every star rating. Reverting restores the previous review status.
Hiding reviews only because they are negative can break consumer review rules such as the FTC rule in 16 CFR 465. Store Steward blocks it by design.
