Renewals, Expiry and Moving Sites
Renewing#
Starting 14 days before the expiry date, administrators see a site-wide notice with a Renew license button that opens your technoleet.dev account. You can snooze the notice for a week; it returns when the week is over or when the expiry date changes.
Renew from your technoleet.dev account. After renewing, no re-activation is needed on the site: the next daily re-check picks up the new expiry date. If you want to see it straight away, open Review Dashboard > Pro License and refresh the license status there.
What happens when the license expires#
- The plugin keeps working: analytics, reviewer location, the view counter and Load More stay available with the version you have installed.
- Updates stop. New Pro versions are no longer offered on the WordPress Updates screen until you renew.
- Support stops. Renew to regain access to support.
- The expiry notice stays visible in wp-admin until the license is renewed.
The exact renewal pricing and the number of sites each plan includes are set on technoleet.dev and may change; check the product page or your account for current terms.
Moving the key to another site#
- On the old site, go to Review Dashboard > Pro License and click Deactivate License. This frees the site slot.
- On the new site, install the free plugin and Pro, then activate the same key.
If the old site is gone and you cannot deactivate from it, free the slot from your technoleet.dev account under Dashboard > License keys, or contact support.
Changing your domain#
A license activation is tied to the site URL. If you move the store to a new domain, deactivate the key on the old URL first (or free the slot from your account), then activate it again on the new URL.
