Do I need the free plugin?#
Yes. Pro is an add-on. It uses the free plugin’s review form, review list, Q&A and coupons, and adds analytics, reviewer location, the view counter and Load More on top. Install the free plugin from WordPress.org first.
Where do I find my license key?#
In your account at technoleet.dev under Dashboard > License keys. One key activates the number of sites your plan includes; deactivate a site from the Pro License page to free a slot.
Does it work on a staging or local site?#
Yes. Activation is allowed on local and staging hosts so you can test before going live. Each activation counts towards your plan’s site limit, so deactivate the key on the staging site when you are done.
What happens when my license expires?#
Pro keeps working with the version you have installed. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew. See Renewals, Expiry and Moving Sites.
Is the product view counter accurate?#
It counts real product page views over the last 30 days, once per visitor per product per day, and ignores known crawlers and logged-in shop staff. Nothing is seeded or derived from sales figures, and nothing is shown below 5 views.
Where does the reviewer location come from?#
Only from reviewers who tick Share my location on the review form. Their browser asks for location permission and sends the coordinates to BigDataCloud to look up the city and country; only those two values are stored with the review. Untick Reviewer location under Pro Settings to remove the feature entirely.
Does Pro respect privacy requests?#
Yes. Pro registers a personal-data exporter and eraser for stored reviewer locations (Tools > Export / Erase Personal Data) and suggests privacy-policy text under Settings > Privacy > Policy Guide.
Can I change what is shown without touching settings?#
Yes. Use the filters revnextwoopro_visitor_counter_enabled, revnextwoopro_location_enabled and revnextwoopro_reviews_per_page. See Hooks & Filters.
Does Pro send any data from my store?#
Only licensing data (site URL, license key, plugin version, WordPress and PHP versions) to technoleet.dev during activation, deactivation, the daily re-check and update checks. The location lookup happens in the reviewer’s browser, and the charting libraries load in the administrator’s browser. Review data never leaves your site.
Does the analytics dashboard work with HPOS?#
Yes. Order counts and the Review Conversion Rate are read through WooCommerce’s order APIs, so both High-Performance Order Storage and the classic posts table work.
Can I show the view counter somewhere other than above the reviews?#
Yes, with the [revnextwoopro_counter id="123"] shortcode. See Shortcode.
