LeetCart AI → Dashboard gives you today’s numbers at a glance, a 30-day trend and the latest shopper questions.

Today’s metrics#

Metric	What it counts
Conversations Today	Distinct chat sessions that had at least one message today (by your database’s date).
Product Interactions	Assistant replies today that included product cards. A rough measure of how often the assistant found something to show.
Tokens Used Today	The sum of input and output tokens reported by the provider for today’s replies. This is what the provider bills.
Est. API cost today (GPT-4o Mini rates)	Shown only when the model is GPT-4o Mini: tokens today multiplied by an averaged GPT-4o Mini rate (about $0.0003 per 1,000 tokens). For other models the card says to check the provider’s usage page.

Chat Volume (Last 30 Days)#

A bar chart of conversations per day for the last 30 days. Empty until the first conversation.

Recent Customer Queries#

The ten most recent shopper messages from the last seven days. Skim it to spot products people ask for that you do not stock, or questions your policies text does not answer yet.

Quick Actions#

• Clear Product Cache empties the five-minute product search cache and the cached colour and size lists. Use it after bulk price or stock changes if the assistant shows stale results.
• Customize Chatbot opens Chatbot Builder.
• View Chat History opens Chat History.
