Installation

Premium Update Gate is sold through technoleet.dev and is not listed on WordPress.org, so you install it from the zip in your account.

Download the zip#

1. Sign in to your account at technoleet.dev.
2. Open your downloads or order and download the Premium Update Gate zip file. Keep it zipped.

Install from the dashboard#

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Click Choose File, select the zip you downloaded and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate Plugin. On a multisite network, go to Network Admin → Plugins and click Network Activate instead; the plugin only works network-wide.

Install by upload (FTP or SFTP)#

1. Unzip the file on your computer. You get a folder named premium-update-gate.
2. Upload that folder to wp-content/plugins/ on your server.
3. In WordPress, go to Plugins and click Activate under Premium Update Gate (or Network Activate on multisite).

After activation#

A new Update Gate menu appears in the admin sidebar (in the Network Admin on multisite) with Pending reviews, Alerts, History, Plugins in scope, Settings and License. Activation creates the plugin’s database tables and schedules the daily check.

Next, activate your license. Support and plugin updates are only available while the license is active.
