Update Gate → History shows the last 100 in-scope updates the gate inspected and what happened to each.

Column	Meaning
Date	When the decision was made, or when the review was last updated.
Plugin	Name and plugin file; click the name to open the review.
Version	Installed version → new version.
Score	Risk score with the verdict badge.
Outcome	Passed, installed, rejected, superseded, blocked or error.
Trigger	Admin update, Auto-update, WP-CLI, Zip upload or Trusted vendor.
Decided by	The user who decided, WP-CLI (no user) or Automatic.

Old data is pruned by the daily cron: line diffs are kept for the newest 100 closed reviews, closed reviews beyond the newest 1,000 are deleted, and open reviews are never pruned.
