Installation
Install the free plugin first, then Pro. WordPress refuses to activate Pro while the free plugin is missing.
Step 1: Install the free Section Blocks plugin#
- In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins → Add New.
- Search for Section Blocks.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Make sure the version shown on the Plugins screen is 1.3.0 or newer. If it is older, click Update now.
Step 2: Download Section Blocks Pro#
- Sign in to your account at technoleet.dev.
- Open Downloads (or your order) and download the Section Blocks Pro zip file. Keep the file zipped; do not extract it.
- Copy your license key from the License keys page. You will need it in Step 4.
Step 3: Upload and activate Pro#
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Click Choose File, select the Pro zip and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
If you prefer FTP or SFTP, unzip the file and upload the section-blocks-pro folder to wp-content/plugins/, then activate it on the Plugins screen.
Step 4: Activate your license#
- Go to Settings → Section Blocks Pro.
- Paste your license key and click Activate License.
- The screen now shows the license as active. The Conditional Display panel appears in the editor immediately.
See Activating your license for renewals, moving the key to another site and what happens when a license expires.
Until the license is active, Pro is installed but idle: the Conditional Display panel is not loaded and a yellow notice on the Dashboard and Plugins screens reminds you to enter your key.
Updating Pro#
Updates come from technoleet.dev, not from WordPress.org. While your license is valid, new Pro versions appear on Dashboard → Updates and on the Plugins screen like any other plugin. If a Pro release needs a newer free Section Blocks version, the updater updates the free plugin first.
