Renewals, expiry and moving sites
Renewing#
Renew your license from your account at technoleet.dev. As the expiry date approaches, the plugin shows a renewal reminder in the WordPress admin; you can snooze the reminder for a week. After renewing, click the Check License Status Now icon next to “Last Checked” on the license screen (or wait for the daily check) so the new expiry date is picked up.
What happens when a license expires#
- The plugin keeps working. Your tracking page, settings, status remarks and carrier links are unaffected. Customers notice nothing.
- No further updates are offered until you renew. The version you have installed stays in place.
- No support is available for an expired license.
Moving to a new site or domain#
- On the old site, go to WooCommerce → Order Tracking License and click Deactivate. This frees the activation.
- Install and activate the plugin on the new site.
- Enter the same license key on the new site and click Activate.
If the old site is no longer reachable and you cannot deactivate from inside WordPress, manage the activations from your technoleet.dev account instead (the Manage License link on the license screen takes you there).
Deactivating the license does not remove your settings or the tracking numbers saved on orders. Those are only removed by the steps described in the FAQ under “What is removed when I uninstall?”.
