Introduction

Leet Resolution Desk is a WooCommerce plugin for store owners who spend their days on “where is my order?” and return emails. It answers order-status questions from live order data, and it turns return, refund, exchange, store credit and cancel requests into proposals that you approve from one queue.

What it does best#

  • Approval before action. Nothing moves money, stock or an order until you approve it. Each proposal shows a field-level diff of what will change, the policy clauses that apply, the order facts and the history.
  • Your rules decide, not the AI. A deterministic policy engine decides eligibility and amounts from your return policy. The AI only reads the customer’s request and works out what they want.
  • Your own AI provider. Resolution Desk uses the provider you choose under Settings > Connectors. Nothing is sent to Leet, and personal data is redacted before every prompt.
  • A log you can trust. Every message, AI call, proposal, decision, execution, revert and settings change goes into an append-only, hash-chained activity log.
  • One flat yearly price. There are no per-ticket or per-resolution fees. The only variable cost is your AI provider’s token usage, which you can cap.

How a request flows#

  1. A customer asks for help with an order, or you paste a customer email into wp-admin.
  2. The AI reads the redacted message and works out the intent, the items, the reason, the resolution and the language.
  3. The policy engine checks the request against your rules.
  4. A proposal appears in your queue.
  5. You approve, edit then approve, or reject. Only then does anything change.

Customers always receive translated template replies. The AI never writes text that a customer sees. It interprets the request and pre-fills the form. Only Inbox assist uses the AI to draft a reply, and that draft is for you to review before you send it from your own mail client.
