Changed

  • Uninstalling the plugin now also removes the license state saved on the site (the StoreEngine SDK's options, transients and scheduled events for this plugin, and its entry in the shared license option), whatever the "delete data on uninstall" setting says. The license seat on technoleet.dev is not released by uninstalling; deactivate the license first to reuse the key elsewhere.
  • readme: the plugin title now matches the plugin header ("Leet Resolution Desk for WooCommerce"), the WooCommerce version requirements (9.0 to 11.2) are listed in the header, and a new FAQ entry explains what stays behind after uninstall.
  • Composer package renamed to technoleet/leet-resolution-desk.

  • Bundled StoreEngine License SDK: removed the PHP 8.4 "implicitly nullable parameter" deprecation notices that appeared on every request.

  • Approval queue with a field-level diff, policy evidence, approve, edit then approve and reject, snapshots before every execution, and revert where WooCommerce allows a clean undo.
  • Deterministic policy engine, plus an AI policy wizard that proposes rules from your policy page for one-by-one acceptance.

Known limitations at release: store credit through Advanced Coupons is reported as a refund by ACFW; WooCommerce also emails refunds; the TeraWallet and Advanced Coupons adapters are verified against source only; nginx needs a deny rule for the photo folder; no chained exchanges; exchanges in the shop currency only; the reply guard checks English only; the spend cap can be slightly exceeded; uninstall keeps order and coupon meta; uninstall does not release the license seat or remove the SDK’s license option; erasure leaves return label files in the Media Library.
