Shows the order-help lookup form. A customer enters an order number and the billing email, and after the pair is verified sees the order status, tracking, the request form and the status of any case.
The shortcode takes no attributes.

Exclude the page from page caching. Resolution Desk sends no-cache headers and the standard DONOTCACHEPAGE constants on pages that hold the shortcode, but some cache plugins need an explicit exclusion. The My Account order pages need the same.
The shortcode only works while the Order-help portal (shortcode) channel is on in Settings > Channels.
