The request screen
Click any request in Approvals or Activity to open it. The screen shows:
| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Details | The ability, the agent and credential, how it arrived (MCP, REST or PHP), the status and when it was requested and decided. |
| Why it needs attention | The risk level and score with the reasons, for example “destructive verb in name” or “sensitive domain”. |
| Input | What the agent asked for. Passwords, tokens, API keys and card numbers are shown as [redacted]. |
| Changes | The database rows the action changed, table by table, with each changed column’s before and after values. |
| External effects | Emails, outgoing HTTP calls, uploads, cron events and plugin or theme changes the action made. |
| Result | What the action returned, or the error. |
| Audit events | Every event for this request, in order. |
The decision card has the buttons that fit the request’s status: Approve and run, Reject, Preview changes and Roll back. For held requests it also offers Always allow for this agent and Allow for 1 hour. Those only add a rule for future calls; they do not approve the request on screen.
