Getting Support
Customers with a valid license get support at technoleet.dev. Open a ticket from your account and include:
- Your WordPress, PHP and Update Doctor versions
- The run number and a copy of the run report
- The output of
wp update-doctor status - Screenshots of the failing screen and any error messages
- The PHP error log lines from around the time of the problem
Do not paste license keys, passwords or database credentials.
Confirm the support address and expected response times before publishing.
