Proposing fixes
Select products on the Products tab and press Propose fixes…, then pick a fixer.
| Fixer | Type | What it proposes |
|---|---|---|
| Title trim | Rule | Cuts a title longer than 150 characters at a word boundary |
| Brand from attribute | Rule | Matches a brand attribute or meta to a brand term |
| Attribute normalize | Rule | Merges “black”, “Black ” and “BLACK” into the most-used term. Old terms are never deleted |
| AI brand | AI | Infers the brand, which must appear word for word in the product text |
| AI title | AI | An agent-friendly title of 150 characters or fewer |
| AI short description | AI | A plain-text summary for products with no usable description |
| AI attribute values | AI | Missing variation attribute values, only when the text states them |
AI fixers use the provider you connected under Settings > Connectors. Before a run you see the product count and a cost estimate. Runs are capped (default 100 products) and processed in the background, five products at a time. A failure on one product never stops the run.
AI fixers never touch price, SKU, GTIN, stock, sale dates or tax, and they never invent identifiers. Anything that is not in your source text is rejected.
