LeetCart AI adds a chat assistant to your WooCommerce store. A shopper describes what they want in their own words; the assistant turns the request into a product search by keyword, price range, category, colour and size, and shows the matches as cards with image, price, rating and an Add to cart button, right inside the conversation. Add your shipping, returns and other policies, and it answers those questions too. When someone asks for a person or sounds frustrated, it offers a link to your contact page.
It runs on the AI model you choose, with your own API key from OpenAI, OpenRouter or Anthropic. There is no per-message fee and no AI subscription from us: you pay your provider for what you use, and a per-visitor rate limit plus a 1,000-character message cap keep that bill predictable.
Advanced: an optional MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, off by default, lets MCP clients you authorise with a token search your products and read recent order totals. It is experimental and may change between releases.

What LeetCart AI for WooCommerce needs to run, and what it works with.
An API key from OpenAI, OpenRouter or Anthropic. You enter it under LeetCart AI → Connections (or define SWPR_API_KEY in wp-config.php). LeetCart AI adds no per-message fee; your provider bills you for the tokens you use. A small model such as GPT-4o Mini or Claude Haiku handles product search well and costs little, and the dashboard shows an estimated daily cost when you use GPT-4o Mini.
It searches your published products by keyword, price, category, colour and size, shows matches with an Add to cart button, answers questions from the store policies you enter, and offers a link to your contact page when a shopper asks for a person. It cannot see orders, customers or unpublished products, and it does not place orders or process payments.
Conversations are stored in your own WordPress database, not on our servers. Only the shopper's message, up to five earlier messages from the same conversation and your assistant instructions are sent to the AI provider you chose. Names, email addresses and IP addresses are not sent. Suggested privacy policy text is added under Settings → Privacy.
Install and activate the plugin under Plugins, then go to LeetCart AI → License and enter the key from your technoleet.dev account (Dashboard → License Keys). Activation unlocks automatic updates through Dashboard → Updates. To move the key to another site, deactivate it on the old site first.
The plugin keeps working and the chat widget stays live. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Open a ticket from your technoleet.dev account with your license key and a description of the problem. With WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG enabled, provider errors are written to wp-content/debug.log, which helps us find the cause.
